Postage Costs & Delivery Information

Delivery & Payment Information

All payments are via Paypal, You can usually use credit and debit cards with Paypal if you do not have an account.

Delivery Address
Orders can only be sent to your Paypal address, should you wish them sent to an alternative address please add this to your paypal account before ordering.

Postage and Packing
Costs are kept as low as possible - in some cases for UK 2nd Class it is only One Penny!
Proof of Postage is obtained for all items

When you go to your basket page there is an option to get a postage quote before you complete the order, if you have any queries please contact me.  I may sometimes be able to combine to reduce postage cost.

I aim to post as soon as possible after receipt of orders,
Nail Art usually within 24 hours
Fine Art
Giclée  Prints usually within 3 days as I like to make sure these are fully cured before being wrapped.
Mixed Media may take a little longer.

Personalised items usually within a week but if I have a lot of orders they may be a little longer

(Excepting Sundays and Bank Holidays)

You can choose from various postage options for most orders.  Refunds on reported non-delivery can only be made if an insured option is chosen.
Overseas buyers are solely responsible for any customs or import fees. I have found that post to the USA, Canada, Columbia, even Europe etc can take between four days to over six weeks so please allow time for your order to arrive, everything is sent airmail and Proof of Postage obtained but once posted is out of our control

If you wish to place a wholesale order please contact me

All items are in perfect order when they are posted, if you wish to return for any reason please keep the packaging and unopened items and contact me.  Returns will be at your expense.  With Nail Art I enclose samples for you to practice with so you can try them out before you open the packet.

Pick Up From Store Option.
This is only available for invited (very local) customers who will be collecting from a shop in a village close to me.
